ContractSignal AI is a research and workflow tool. It does not represent SAM.gov or any government agency and does not guarantee eligibility, award, or contract accuracy.
1. The service
We help businesses discover, understand, save, and track public contracting opportunities. Summaries, scores, recommendations, deadlines, and alerts may be produced with automation and artificial intelligence. They are informational aids, not legal, financial, compliance, or procurement advice.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking each official notice, attachment, amendment, deadline, eligibility rule, registration, certification, submission instruction, and price before acting. The official government source controls whenever it differs from information shown here.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your login, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at unreasonable volume, resell access without permission, or use it unlawfully.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown during checkout until canceled. Square processes payments. You authorize recurring charges when you subscribe. You may cancel from Plans & billing; access continues through the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Pricing or plan features may change prospectively with reasonable notice.
5. Availability and changes
We work to provide dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every public opportunity will be found, matched, summarized, or delivered. Sources can change or become unavailable. We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features.
6. Intellectual property
ContractSignal AI and its original software, design, and content are protected by applicable law. Government notices and linked third-party materials remain subject to their own terms and ownership.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost bids, missed deadlines, lost profits, indirect damages, source errors, or decisions made using automated output. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to it.
